Today is about my family....

Have you thought lately how The digital era has change photography....Well, I was going through pictures the other night....yeah...through actual PICTURES, Do you remember ? those that you used to send to your local Photo store and get printed in a hour...and you couldn't wait to put your hands on??!!!!!! YEP ! Those..and I started realizing how social networking...AKA Facebook, My Space you name it....has changed that, not a lot of people print their vacation pictures any more....they post them online to share with the world....but what happens with that? what happens when you wanna go look at them a few years from now....are you gonna remember in which cd you put them? which Hard drive were those on?....And all of a sudden I was so proud of What I do...Creating memories for people, to enjoy for a lifetime....imagine those Prints you get today , those Books , how valuable those will be 10 years from now....How much more value than money those family keepsakes are gonna have...?
Imagine if you would have an album of your Grandparents Wedding, or a Portrait of your Mom when she was pregnant of you?  How amazing that would be?
Just food for though.....maybe the holidays bring with them these piece of me where I remember how far I am from my family and how much I miss them all year round...but specially this time of the Year I just love having pictures of them.....like this ones I took on my last trip....I though I would share just so you know me a little better and where I come from....
